Farmer's Market
Aurora now has two Farmer's Markets held each week at Oak Park on Church Street. The Open Farmers Market of Aurora is located on the east side of the park and is open Wednesdays from 12 noon - 5 pm and Saturdays from 7 am - noon. The Aurora Farmers Market is located on the west side of the park and is open Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays from 8 am - noon. For more information, please call 678-2324 or 417-357-6847. Both markets provide a variety of goods from fresh produce, canned produce and jams, baked goods, plants and more!

Run for the Parks:
The Aurora Park Board is sponsoring a 5K and 10K run on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 at 8:00 am This run will be held in Aurora, starting at Crosby Park on Jefferson Street. For more information, contact Melissa Briggs at 678-7622 or by email at ayarep@yahoo.com. To register for the event click here

Aurora Light the Night Fireworks show and Mustang Mania Car Show:
Saturday, June 19th will feature many events. In addition to the 5k and 10k run in the morning, A mustang car show will be held in Oak Park and the fireworks show will be held in Baldwin Park. Aurora Fly -In:
The fall Fly-In is scheduled for Saturday, October 2nd. For more information, call Aurora Aviation at 678-3000.

Rockin' A Saddle Club Rodeo:
In 2010, the rodeo will be held on July 22, 23, 24 at the Rodeo Grounds on Business 60 in Aurora. Gates open at 7:00 pm, with the rodeo beginning at 8:00.

Lion Fest:
This event is held September 11, 2010 at Oak Park. Sponsored by the Aurora Lions Club.

Aurora Chamber of Commerce Car Show:
Scheduled for October 2, 2010 at Oak Park and features classic cars, entertainment and carnival rides. For more information, call 678-4150.
