The City of Aurora is taking applications for the position of Wastewater Operator
Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED, possess or obtain a Class D Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators License within one year, a valid Missouri driver’s license, and possess or obtain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with air brake and tanker endorsements within one year of appointment.
Note: This position may be assigned at at Wastewater I or a Wastewater II position depending on qualifications and previous wastewater/sewer treatment experience and certifications.
Salary: Wastewater I - $13.72 - $15.09 hrly. Wastewater II - $16.61 - $18.27 hrly.Schedule: As Assigned with rotating weekend coverage
A completed City of Aurora application must be submitted for consideration for this position, along with copies of any wastewater or CDL certifications.
